  • : Manage of a diverse & metrics driven team including onsite and offshore members;
  • : Driving change management having created and implemented a broad range of high-impact and innovative programs, systems, hiring practices and recruiting strategies;
  • : Directly collaborated with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop hiring plans, provided recommendations and influenced decision-making;
  • : Global Resource Management /Global Workforce & Business planning and Analysis / Business Development / Recruitment Operations / Account Management, Vendor Management; Domestic & International Hiring – Both Contract and Permanent Staffing;
  • : Proven track record of global recruiting for overseas programs;
  • : Excellent strategy development, project management skills;
  • : Innovative in talent acquisition strategies;
  • : Co-coordinating formulation/ implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies;
  • : Conducts daily recruiting status meetings with all recruiting staff and senior management; Extensive exposure to recruitment & employee relationship management;
  • : Recognized corporate growth leader with demonstrated success in establishing Business Units with P & L and Growth/ Profitability goals;
  • : Ability to Set up office from Scratch and build team from 5 to 150 employees;
  • : Point of contact of all employees for all matters;
  • : Onsite & Offshore point of contact;
  • : Require travel across globe as required for Global Staffing, Client Management activities & Business Development initiatives.
